MARTINSTOWN HOLISTIC CENTRE

A Centre of Wellbeing

Wellbeing has been described as happiness, peace, comfort, security, safety, health, balance.
Wellbeing comes through an awareness of what is preventing that happiness and peace in each person’s own life, and using that awareness with specific healing methods to effortlessly live a well life. These healing methods connect you to your bodies own innate ability to heal itself.

The Centre offers a safe, natural, peaceful environment where each individual can achieve
wellbeing, as early as in the womb. Therapies include Reiki & Seichem, Integrated Energy Therapy, Angelic Balancing, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and healing for Children & Babies

Individual sessions

Sinead Sugrue, founder of the centre, has an innate ability to bring awareness of what needs changing in the achievement of wellbeing. She provides a space of non judgement, compassion and supports for people to trust and feel safe to follow their own guidance.

Sinead’s success over the past 10 years has lead to the growth and success of the Centre. Sinead is presently working with a number of school, community and company groups to help them adapt this approach and incorporate awareness into the community group’s approaches to health and wellbeing.

Courses

The Courses provided at the Centre share the same ethos as individual sessions. Sinead has carefully chosen therapists and instructors that reflect a similar ability to her own to bring wellbeing through awareness and self trust.

Early wellbeing

Sinead believes that this self-support system can begin as early as in the womb. She provides individual sessions for mothers-to-be, pregnancy yoga classes and energy-channeling workshops. Mothers can also learn Touch for Health which is specifically designed as a community development workshop to bring balance to all members of the family.

Children can begin to support themselves through Yoga bugs and Junior Reiki classes which are specially designed for children.
